Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of thirty8 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. thirty8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your password or unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must report it to the thirty8 support team immediately.
Users must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and verifiable. thirty8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in temporary suspension of access to the account.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Using automated software, bots, or technical tools to exploit the system
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account
- Providing false or misleading information during the registration or verification process
- Disrupting or attempting to breach the security systems of the thirty8 platform
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the thirty8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian online banking services.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment has been confirmed by the payment service provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. thirty8 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties within the payment chain.
To withdraw funds, users must have verified their identity and met the minimum account activity requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered in the same user's name. thirty8 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times are typically between one and three business days, subject to any required internal review.
Any deposit made into a thirty8 account is strictly for use within the platform. thirty8 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction that shows signs of suspicious activity pending the completion of an investigation. Users are not entitled to claim interest or any reward on funds held in their account.
Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Thirty8 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, thirty8 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from technical disruptions, network failures, user device malfunctions, or third-party actions beyond thirty8's control. Users acknowledge that online betting carries financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own betting decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the thirty8 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, images, software code, and databases — is the exclusive property of thirty8 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any part of this content without the express written consent of thirty8.
Using the name "thirty8" or any related trademark in a misleading context, or in any way that could damage the brand's reputation, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Account Suspension Policy, Third-Party Links, and Applicable Law

Thirty8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any part of these terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, use of false information, bonus or promotion abuse, activities that compromise the integrity of the platform, or any conduct deemed harmful to other users or to thirty8 itself.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining funds will be frozen pending an internal investigation. thirty8 reserves the right to deduct or forfeit any funds obtained through means that breach these terms. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons (non-violations) may contact customer support for more information on resolving their account balance.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
